A Year in His Word
One step. One year. His Word, every single day.
This is a quiet place to make that decision real, to name where you are, why you’re saying yes, and what you’re bringing to Him as you begin. 🤍
I wrote a whole post about why this matters so much to me. The short version? I’m done watching the people I love settle for a “normal” that was quietly killing them. You were made on purpose, for more than a fog you’ve learned to call your personality. And the one step I keep coming back to, the one the enemy fights hardest, is simply this: take out your Bible and read it every day for a year.
Not skimming a verse before bed. Really reading it. It has transformed me, twice, and I believe it will do something in you too. Not a lightning bolt. Just the slow, steady renewing of your mind, one day at a time.
“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”
Psalm 119:105
“Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.”
Matthew 4:4
A Prayer to Begin
Father, I’m saying yes. Not because I have it all together, but because I don’t, and I know You do. Meet me in these pages. Quiet the noise that’s kept me from You. Renew my mind where the world has worn it thin. When I want to quit, remind me who I become when I stay. I don’t need a lightning bolt, just You, one day at a time. Thank You for making room for me. Now help me make room for You. Amen. 🤍
My Commitment
Take your time. There are no wrong answers here, just your honest heart. 🤍
Printing keeps this in your Bible or journal to look back on. Sending it opens your email so I can pray for you personally as you begin. Either way, I’m cheering you on. 🤍
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Romans 12:2
