It can look like the message is sales, sales, sales β and yes, setting goals is healthy (I'm still working on that one myself). But the part that matters most, the part they keep coming back to, is simpler than that: tell your story, be present, show up, and build real connection.
So please don't be discouraged if the big sales don't come right away. Building is hard. Starting is challenging. But the seeds you're planting now will grow β if you keep showing up to water them.
